The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the SSC CGL exam. There are various SSC CGL posts for which the SSC Common Graduate Level (CGL) exam is conducted. Candidates appointed for different SSC CGL posts have different duties and responsibilities. The salary, designation, qualifications, etc. are different for each post.
The Staff Selection Commission conducts the SSC CGL exam to recruit candidates into various Organizations, departments, offices under the Government of India. It is a national level exam and recruitment to Group B and Group C posts in Government departments is done through this exam.

The Staff Selection Commission conducts the CGL Exam is 4 different stages called Tiers. The last Tier Exam is only for certain posts and for candidates who have qualified certain papers.

As per the SSC CGL Exam Pattern, the Tier 3 Exam is a subjective paper that will be taken offline.
As per the SSC CGL Tier III syllabus, the main aim of this exam is to evaluate the candidates’ language proficiency, grammar knowledge, vocabulary usage, and writing skills in English/Hindi. Candidates are expected to write essays, précis, applications, letters, etc. The duration of this Tier III exam is 60 minutes.
